Educational Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters in Food Sciences, Food Technology and Quality Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing new food products and improving existing products to meet market trends
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards (HACCP, FSPC, FSSAI, GMP, etc).
  • Conduct sensory evaluations, testing and analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to commercialize products
  • Scale up production from laboratory to manufacturing line
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge on various food innovation techniques.
  • In-depth knowledge on equipments & tools, recipes & ingredients required for innovations.
  • Good communication skills.
