Educational Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters in Food Sciences, Food Technology and Quality Management.
Responsibilities:
- Developing new food products and improving existing products to meet market trends
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards (HACCP, FSPC, FSSAI, GMP, etc).
- Conduct sensory evaluations, testing and analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to commercialize products
- Scale up production from laboratory to manufacturing line
- Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge on various food innovation techniques.
- In-depth knowledge on equipments & tools, recipes & ingredients required for innovations.
- Good communication skills.
