We are currently seeking a skilled Mushroom Grower to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain a variety of mushroom species, ensuring optimal growing conditions.
• Monitor and control environmental factors such as humidity, temperature, and ventilation to promote healthy mushroom growth.
• Implement and manage sterile cultivation techniques to prevent contamination and ensure product quality.
• Execute daily tasks including substrate preparation, inoculation, spawning, and harvesting.
• Identify and address issues related to pest control, diseases, and other potential risks.
• Maintain accurate records of cultivation parameters, harvest yields, and any incidents for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the research and development team to experiment with new cultivation methods and strains.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mushroom Grower or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of various mushroom species, their cultivation requirements, and life cycles.
• Familiarity with sterile cultivation techniques and best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and address issues related to cultivation, pest control, and diseases.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Physical ability to lift and move cultivation equipment as needed.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
