- Develop comprehensive training programs covering various aspects of chocolate making, including flavoring, and product design.
- Create structured and engaging curriculum modules encompassing chocolate-making techniques, quality control, equipment operation, and industry standards.
- Instill a commitment to quality by teaching best practices in product making, flavor experimentation, and maintaining production standards.
Qualifications:
- 2 + years of extensive experience hands-on experience in chocolate making, preferably in artisanal or small-batch production.
- Proven teaching or training experience in culinary arts or chocolate craftsmanship.
- Certification in chocolate making, pastry arts, or related disciplines.
