As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource operations within an organization. You will play a vital role in managing employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, training and development, and ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations. Your primary objective will be to foster a positive work environment, support employee growth, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee relation strategies, policies and programs to a positive work culture and maintain employee engagement.
- Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary action in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, create job descriptions, and lead recruitment efforts.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent.
- Oversee the onboarding process, including orientation, training, and necessary paperwork.
- Administer and evaluate compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentives, and employee benefits packages.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation-related matters.
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge and conduct employee training sessions, workshops, and seminars. Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
- Prepare regular HR reports, including metrics, analytics, and key performance indicators.
Qualification and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience as an HR manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software applications.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
