COLKS offers a 300 hours Natural Building and Tiny House Training, making the best use of the natural resources readily available to us, which are not to mention environment friendly and cost effective. Bamboo grows in abundance in East Khasi Hills and is said to be stronger than steel, making it perfect for places prone for earthquakes as it is able to absorb the energy from the quake. The tiny house training makes use of bamboo trees that are dried to construct in a manner so that it will be compact and comfortable with all the amenities despite its size.
After the completion of the Natural and Tiny House training, you will have the expertise to make tiny houses for those who are unable to afford big concrete houses in the rural or urban areas. During this course you will learn:
