Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve results.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage social media campaigns, including budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify our brand message.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret social media data.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
